Only one front staff for check in and out.
The first thing you see in the room is a delux comfortable bed you wanted to crash immediately.

Very nice property that is well maintained. The beds were especially comfortable.
The cost of the breakfast was outrageous. Dinner prices were in line with the surrounding community.
The location is very convenient for the airport and the BART system. Good price point for San Francisco where downtown is too expensive for some retirees.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and when things went wrong you could count on them.
The pool was way cold.
I like this hotel because of the great staff and the comfortable rooms. It is convenient to the airport, and very nice restaurants on the bay are excellent. It is not downtown so it's much less trouble using your car for sights, getting across the bay, quick stops in Millbrae and along the penninsula. You can drive to the cannery, fisherman's wharf, union square, sausalito with no problem parking using public parking at each area.
